蠻快的又過了一年，

今年呀，其實也沒什麼大展望。

就希望我接下來的學期都能繼續拿幾個A，然後可以戒掉安眠藥。

這學期...

自從第一學期之後，我連著兩個學期天天都想唱這首歌。

苦命如我，第一個學期不知道被哪方怪力亂神婊到，在要求平均成績得保持在B的狀況下居然硬食了個C！

給了我兩個學期的時間補破網，時間上看起來相當充足...

 

 

 

 

幹他媽的狗屁！！！！！！

C要用A才能補，糙他媽的A有多難拿啊！

不僅如此，第二學期我又被我這一生中的強敵--會計給婊到。

延續大學四修的輝煌歷史，幹他會計的我又拿了個B-！！！

這根本是雪上加霜絕體絕命生死一瞬間呀！

GPA又更低了慘！

如果說我整天跑CLUB不務正業那我認了，

他媽的我第二學期已經被人家當成住在圖書館了啊！！！！

現在只剩一學期可以拼了。再沒過我想我就真的會轉職去當恐怖份子。

 

 

所以這學期，我完全處在豁出這條命的狀況，

平均回家的時間點都差不多是凌晨兩點，不知捐了多少錢給星巴克，止痛藥更已經當維他命在吞。

上禮拜成績出來...很害怕的登入帳號去查，

以上就是我今年幫自己買一台Vaio的理由（誤）

啊那個...我真的是為了要唸書才買的...

美國留學生的三神器：「車，行動電話，跟筆記型電腦」，這三樣東西基本上缺任何一樣你就別想混了。身為其中的一份子，當然我也有一台。

這台是我當初出國前購入的ASUS W3V，已經陪我在邪惡米帝的旗幟下闖蕩數年。在我數年來的強力摧殘之下，目前的狀況有電池已經變成單純的承載物，連只插AC都會自動斷電給我看然後連開機都不給開（還好這狀況發生時，拎背已經考完期末考了），硬碟掛點過一顆（看我唸書有多認真...），觸控板有時也會配合AC來個相應不理。雖然這台電腦有很多回憶，但是我實在沒那個心臟跟它拼，要是在哪個有點空虛寂寞有點冷的夜裡趕報告的當下來個燦爛的斷電...我就真的可以跟它一起殉情了。

總之在期末考之後，我就開始探尋新一代接班人的資料。

最初的考量是搜一台現在很流行的迷你小筆電，因為攜帶方便然後不貴。不過跟同學借來把玩過之後，以我的使用量來看是很不實用的，雖然是真的很方便。

我承認我很膚淺，外觀我不喜歡的話內容再好我也買不下去，所以就先從實機外觀做初步篩選。實地勘查的結果，HP那種一堆快捷鍵跟藍光指示燈的設計實在是不太能讓我接受，Dell跟IBM嘛...嗯...算了。

ASUS跟ACER這兩牌我寧願在台灣買也不要在米國買。最後剩下的就是...

 

 

 

...Sony跟Toshiba？！

 

 

 

等等，我真的要買日系筆電嗎？

 

 

...我是真的很想買呀！XD

 

確認品牌之後就快快樂樂的回家開始做更進一步的篩選。

逛了Toshiba的網站，覺得現在目前他家線上的主力產品實在提不起我什麼興趣。那候選人就只剩Sony。

在Sony網站看了半天，覺得SR跟CS這兩系列蠻符合我的需求的。下一步就是開始比價啦！

剛好現在是聖誕節時期，加上今年的慘澹經濟狀況，對我而言米國今年的聖誕折扣是非常讚的。

聖誕折扣，學生優惠專案加上網路上搜來的折價碼，搭配上超爽的免運費（還兩天內送到！），我總共可以省下六百美金！五告送啦！

 

 

 

最後的結果就是...

在前兩天一個大雨的下午，一個髒髒的紙箱送到我家了。

怒問天的早晨

最近已經忙到真的是日夜顛倒...

[硬漢廚房] 薑汁燒肉

那天開冰箱盤算著晚上要吃什麼才好，

突然發現之前買來準備要做馬鈴薯燉肉的豬肉片還躺在冷凍庫裡、味醂連開都沒開，

嗯，說實在的…

 

這種熱的要死的鬼天氣，神經病才會吃燉肉！

 

所以再一次感謝PTT的Cookclub板，讓我找到了一道可以解決豬肉片又可以下飯而且好做的菜。

 

準備材料：

豬里肌肉

洋蔥1/2個切片

薑 醬油1大匙 酒1大匙 味醂1大匙 糖1大匙

 

製作過程：

第一步就是磨薑泥搾薑汁。

老實說，這應該是這道菜最難的一個步驟。

不過這次我準備了兩個神器來準備這道菜，所以感覺好很多。

 

鏘鏘鏘!

榨汁器跟量匙！！！！

這個量匙看起來雖然很鳥，不過功能完全正常五告讚！

（助硬漢廚房脫離」目測法」的法器？）

離題太遠，總之榨薑汁。搾完汁之後把薑渣混進薑汁裡，同時加入醬油、糖、酒、味醂。

然後醃肉，板上的作者建議醃十五到三十分鍾。

等肉入味的同時，開始炒洋蔥。炒到變軟之後起鍋備用。

然後先炒肉片。

肉片熟的差不多之後，把醃汁跟洋蔥全加進去一起炒，讓湯汁收到帶點濃稠狀就可起鍋了。

 

 

完工。

 

 

這菜真的超級下飯的。
